The rules of Indefatigable can be found here, and the rules of Royal Family can be found here.
Jan Wolter reported results for the games Indefatigable and Royal Family. With perfectly timed redeals (including when legal moves were still available), his solver won Indefatigable 99.998% of the time. The game Reyal Family has descending foundations, but the win rate is the same as Indefatigable when played with one redeal (99.8%). But why play with any redeals at all? I'm not a fan of redeals in general, and especially for fully open games; and with nearly 88% of games being winnable even without redeals, I prefer to play this game without them.
Redeals | Deals Played | Games Won | Win Rate % |
---|---|---|---|
2 | 1,000,000 | 999,977 | 99.998 |
1 | 1,000,000 | 998,011 | 99.80 |
0 | 100,000 | 87,779 | 87.78 |
I plan to modify my Fortress solver to allow playing Indefatigable and Royal Family as well.
