For this game, I modified an Agnes solver written by Jan Wolter. The rules I am using include: an open tableau, packing in alternating colors; a prefounded foundation base card; and a face-up stock dealing to seven reserve piles, with two extra reserve piles for the final two cards dealt.
Because the solver has perfect knowledge of the stock, you can't expect to get close to its win rate of about 89% unless you replay the game repeatly, or make frequent use of the Undo button (or use an open stock yourself).
