Accordion's Revenge

Given how "easy" Accordion is to win, I figured I'd invent a more difficult variation which I call "Accordion's Revenge". The rules of this game are the same, but before you deal out the cards, you pick a number between 3 and 52. This number represents the position of the "Revenge Card" (3 = third card from the top, 52 = last card). In order to win, not only must you end up with just one pile (as in Accordion), but the top card left showing must be the Revenge Card.

In the year 2000, I adapted my Accordion solver to play this version as well, and had it play 25,000 games (500 at each of the 50 card positions from 3 to 52). Total wins: 25,000 (100%)! So, not only can you win Accordion virtually every time, but you can also be picky about which card you want to see at the end!

If you wish, you can alternatively select a particular card (like the Ace of Spades, for example) that you wish to be the Revenge Card. However, the game will be impossible to win if that card shows up during the first two cards dealt.
